HOW TO ORDER
1. FIND IT Browse through one of the largest collections of airliner slides on the web. Our advanced search tool lets you find the slide(s) you've been looking for...quickly. You'll have access to the entire spares database, with options to search by Airline, Aircraft, Registration, Airport and even keywords in the Comments area. You may combine use of these fields to help narrow your search. After your results are displayed, you may re-sort them in a number of ways. Don't forget to try-out the BROWSE feature, view slides as if you're looking at slide pages at a convention.

2. ADD IT Once you locate the item you want, add the item to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart will keep track of your purchases and you may view the cart at any time by clicking the SHOPPING CART button at the top of each page. The Cart also allows you to modify item quantities or remove them by setting quantity to zero.

3. CHECK-OUT Once you've added all your purchases to the Shopping Cart, just click on the CHECK-OUT button. You'll then be asked for your Name, Address and other related information. You will have the option to pay for your purchase immediately using PayPal or select alternate forms of payment. You'll receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION number which you should write down for future reference. Better yet, PRINT a copy of the Confirmation Page.

SHOPPING CART

All orders should be placed via the Shopping Cart. Submitting an order does not require immediate payment. Even if you plan to mail payment please use the Cart. We currently do not accept Fax or Phone orders. If you are having trouble using the Shopping Cart, please email us for assistance. Items in the cart will expire after 40 minutes of inactivity or when all instances of your browser are closed.

If you do not have an email address and want to place a mail order, enter as YOUR email address on the order form/check-out page. Add comments in the optional notes and be sure to print your confirmation page and mail with your payment (see payment options). If you do not have a printer, write your order# and items ordered on a sheet of paper.

CONFIRMATION

24-72 hours after submitting your order we will verify product availability and send you a secondary confirmation. If payment hasn't be made, you'll also receive a payment request or PayPal Invoice (if you selected that option during Check-Out). Your order will be put on "hold" for 10 days giving you time to mail/make payment.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum purchase requirement is only $10.00.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If payment has been made via PayPal you'll be subject to a 2.9% fee which is not refundable. Other methods of payment would receive full refunds minus shipping cost of returning payment.

SHIPPING & SALES TAX

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $ 50.00

TAX. New York State customers will be sales tax on all orders.

SHIPPING. For each slide, 0.15 is added for shipping charges, which is automatically applied by the Shopping Cart.

All U.S. orders are shipped either First Class or USPS Priority Mail. International orders shipped U.S. Airmail. Rush delivery and insurance available. Not responsible for lost or damaged mail. No C.O.D.s. There is a $1.00 minimum shipping charge.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

GUARANTEE. 100% satisfaction guarantee on all slide purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we'll make it right or you can send them back (at your expense) for a full refund less any shipping charges. You have two (2) weeks to notify us of your return intentions. There are no restocking fees or other charges as long as the products are returned in their original undamaged and fully mounted condition.

REFUND. Please contact us within two weeks of receiving your slide order to request a refund. If you paid via credit card, you'll receive a refund to your PayPal account (in PayPal "funds"). We cannot credit your card.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments must be made in US Dollars

CREDIT CARDS. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover accepted via PayPal. There are no additional fees associated with using credit cards on this site. Please do not email us your credit card number. You must use your credit card via PayPal.

PAYPAL. If you are currently not a member, you'll need to sign-up (it's free) prior to using the service. With PayPal, you have the option of paying with credit cards as mentioned above or PayPal "funds". We are a VERIFIED PREMIER member so you can be assured of a safe worry-free transaction.

MONEY ORDERS. We can only accept United States Postal Money Orders at this time. You may obtain USPS Money Orders at any local (US Customers only) Post Office. For larger purchases (over $50) we would be willing to accept Western Union Money Orders. Please DO NOT send any other types as they'll be returned and delay your order.

CHECKS. We do not accept any types of checks.

CASH. U.S. cash is accepted but we do not suggest sending large amounts in the mail and will not be responsible for lost payments.
